| Contest Rules: Must live in the local Dubuque area as the prize will need to be picked up in person at a Dubuque area location to be announced at a later time. All prizes must be picked up within 7 days of winning notification or it will be forfeited back to ScanDBQ. Contest is open to current and new fans to the ScanDBQ Online facebook page and must be a current or new fan to our contest sponsor page if one is specified. Only one account per person, one entry per day. Gain an extra chance of winning by referring friends to the contest. All entries must include a valid email address and name. ID may be required to claim prize. Fraudulent or invalid entries due to system bugs will be disqualified. One winner will electronically be drawn at random from all valid entries. Contest system may be unavailable for system maintenance between Midnight and 2am CST. ScanDBQ reserves the right to cancel or end contest without notice. Any questions?
